Foreword
Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022 implemented Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services.
Guidelines on accessibility of services, implementing Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 82/2022.
The decree was published in the Official Gazette (General Series No. 152 of 01-07-2022) and came into effect on July 16, 2022, but its provisions are effective as of June 28, 2025.
Zeis Excelsa SpA is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Law No. 82 of May 27, 2022, which transposed Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019 on accessibility requirements for products and services. This accessibility statement applies to the websites https://www.cultofficial.com/.
Compatibility status with requirements
The website https://www.cultofficial.com/ is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the instances of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below. Zeis Excelsa SpA is conducting, together with its suppliers, an analysis aimed at making the necessary interventions to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with the standard.
Inaccessible content
The following content is not accessible because this would radically change the nature of the service:
- On all pages, the contrast between text and background is too low.
- There are titles on a page that have no labeling or contain the air-hidden attribute and therefore are not accessible to screen readers.
- There are invalid air attribute values on a page. These are not recognized by screen readers and therefore are not displayed correctly.
The code evolutions and future evolutions have been and will be developed in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. The statement was drafted on 06.08.2025. It was made using an assessment in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 through a self-assessment carried out directly by the supplier. The statement was created with the help of Web Inclusion GmbH's Eye-Able® technology. More information about Web Inclusion GmbH can be found at https://eye-able.com/it.
Zeis Excelsa SpA is conducting an analysis with its suppliers to make the necessary changes to make the sites in question accessible and compliant with regulations. Zeis Excelsa SpA, with the goal of progressively improving the experience of its web customers, has also proactively implemented the SaaS Eye-Able® software from Web Inclusion GmbH.
The feature in question enables Audits in order to scan individual pages of the site for digital barriers, providing compatible support that explains the error and proposes an alternative code to correct it, and other tools that enable website users to use important features that can improve their navigation. The company is committed to developing past and future code evolutions in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
